What we collect
- Contact and program forms (name, email, organization, message)
- Youth Ambassador details you submit (parental consent under 16)
- Certificate verification queries
- Basic security logs (IP, timestamp)
- Payment records for donations and membership (via Stripe)
- Website usage data through Google Analytics cookies
How we use it
- Respond to inquiries and deliver programs
- Issue and verify credentials
- Prevent spam and abuse
- Comply with law
Youth
We do not sell children’s information. Recommendation letters issue only after review upon request.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Limited sharing with hosting/email providers or when required by law.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use ierrta.org, for example which pages are visited and whether forms are submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and collects device, browser and approximate location information. We do not use it to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies. How Google uses data: policies.google.com.
Advertising measurement
We may run search ads, including through the Google Ad Grants program. We measure whether an ad visit leads to an action such as a form submission, membership or donation (conversion measurement). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use remarketing or personalized advertising audiences.
Donations and membership payments
Online donations and membership payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. IERRTA does not receive or store your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy. We keep the donor’s name, email, amount and date to send acknowledgments and meet record-keeping requirements.
Identity documents
Please do not email identity documents. The veterans module enrollment form asks only for your name, email, optional phone, city/state and service details; no ID cards, DD-214s or Social Security numbers.
