Campus table campaigns. Real certificates. Honest recommendation letters.

Students at elite private and international schools run offline fundraising or awareness tables for disaster-preparedness education. Completers may request an IERRTA certificate and a personalized letter on letterhead.

Honest rules. Free to join. Letters describe real work only — not university admission guarantees. School permission required for any on-campus table. Parent/guardian consent for participants under 16.

What students do

  1. Form a team of 3–8 students.
  2. Get school approval (CAS / service learning / activities office).
  3. Host a small table: posters (self-funded), optional voluntary donations via ierrta.org/donate or school-approved collection.
  4. Submit photos/video + a short report (who, where, hours, funds if any, what you learned).
  5. Request recognition: certificate and/or recommendation letter naming a recipient (teacher, counselor, university, etc.).

What schools get

  • Service / CAS / leadership documentation pathway
  • Clear nonprofit partner (U.S. 501(c)(3), EIN 39-4409292)
  • No program fee from IERRTA

Minimum fundraising amount?

No minimum. Honest documentation matters more than dollar totals. Awareness-only campaigns qualify.

Is a recommendation letter automatic?

No. Issued only after complete report review. We never invent achievements.

Who can receive the letter?

A teacher, counselor, principal, university admissions office, or other person the student names — we address the letter accordingly.

Languages?

English or 中文 reports and letters on request.
