Certificate & letter request

Request recognition after your campaign

Submit only after your report is ready. We issue certificates and recommendation letters based on documented work.

Not automatic. Incomplete reports will be returned with questions. Letters never invent achievements or guarantee admissions.

How to request

Email chenqi@ierrta.org with subject Youth Certificate / Letter Request and include:

  1. Student full name(s) and ages
  2. School name and country
  3. Campaign date, location, hours
  4. Link or attachment to report + photos
  5. Funds raised (or $0 / awareness only)
  6. Certificate? Yes/No
  7. Recommendation letter? Yes/No — if yes:
    • Recipient full name and title
    • Organization / university
    • Email or postal address for delivery
    • Purpose (e.g., college counselor file, internship, scholarship)
    • 3–5 bullet points of what you want us to emphasize (must match report)
  8. Preferred language: English or 中文

Typical review: several business days after a complete package. We may ask for clarification.

Letter template (what we write — sample structure)

On IERRTA letterhead

Dear [Recipient Name],

I am writing regarding [Student Name], who organized / participated in a student-led emergency-preparedness campaign with IERRTA (U.S. 501(c)(3), EIN 39-4409292) on [date] at [school].

[Factual summary of hours, role, funds if any, teamwork, learning.]

This letter documents community initiative for educational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of admission or employment.
